You Invest

You buy shares and own a piece of a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).

We Buy/Develop

We use the funds raised to produce Ground-up development as well as renovation of existing buildings or purchase existing Luxury income producing opportunities.

We Collect Rent

When Renovations is finished, Our portfolio of properties generates monthly or daily Hotel Resort rental payments from our creditworthy tenants.

You Get Distributions

We pay you cash dividends each quarter from the rental income, for the life span of our ownership.
